GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Contest shall be governed by the following Terms and conditions (“T&C”). The Terms of Use of Moviebuff (bigshorts.moviebuff.com) shall form part and parcel of the T&C and is deemed to be incorporated herein in its entirety by reference hereto.
Participation in the Contest is voluntary. Participation in the Contest imply that the participants/you ("Contestant(s)/You/Your") have duly read and agreed to adhere to and bound by the T&C stated herein. You are requested not to join the Contest in the event you do not agree with any of the T&C.
Moviebuff at its sole discretion shall have the right to revise the T&C at any time during the Contest. Any change to the T&C shall be intimated to You through Your registered email. It is deemed that You have accepted to the revised T&C if You continue in the Contest.
ARE YOU A QUALIFIED CONTESTANT?
Any person shall be an eligible Contestant if he/she satisfies all the below -
• You are an Indian Citizen residing in India.
• As on the date of Your registration to the Contest, You should have completed 18 years of age and is competent to enter into contractual relationship under the applicable laws.
WHEN IS THE CONTEST?
The Contest shall commence from 12.00 AM of 20th May 2024.
• Your Film shall be submitted within 8th July 2024.
ALL ABOUT YOUR FILM:-
Your short film (“Film”) shall be in accordance with the following specifications. Any Film not in consonance with the T&C shall not be considered by Moviebuff.
• Only one registration and uploading of one Film is permitted per Contestant.
• The Film shall be in Tamil language.
• The Film shall not exceed 3.15 minutes in length (Including Titles and Credits).
• Name a title to your Film and register with Moviebuff. Moviebuff reserves the right to reject any title submitted by you without assigning any reason. Necessary approval(s), if any, from the authorities concerned, at any stage of the Contest for Your Film needs to be obtained by you at your cost.
